Refund and Exchange Policy

By introducing a 15-day return and exchange window and a clear, customer-friendly process, we aim to foster loyalty and set a higher standard in the artificial jewelry industry, ensuring a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  1. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  1. Customers will bear the delivery charges for returning the product.
  2. Returns are allowed only for the following reasons:
    • Wrong item delivered.
    • Damaged or defective product received.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).

Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are allowed for products of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).
  2. Customers must pay for:
    • The return shipment of the original item.
    • Delivery charges for the exchanged item.
  3. Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp with the following details:
    • Order reference number.
    • Reason for return/exchange.
    • Details of the product you wish to receive in exchange (if applicable).
  2. Once approved, send the item to our designated address. Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  3. After inspection, the return or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Important Notes

  1. We are not responsible for damages incurred during the return shipping process.
  2. Products returned without prior approval or outside the eligible timeframe will not be accepted.
  3. Items are eligible for exchange only once.
